Good soul singers make me fall in love, and this track gives me that feeling deep down in my belly like when I had my first real crush in high school. Add to that the fact that she’s turning the best rock song of the last 10 years inside out and into a smoky soul song, and you’ll understand why I’ve been listening to this song on repeat.
